He is having career span of over 25 years in managing Finance, Banking relationship & Fund raising, Investor Relations, Accounts and Internal Controls, Treasury, Legal & Secretarial and Corporate Governance in listed, unlisted and foreign subsidiary companies. He has high levels of adaptability having worked in diverse environment such Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Merchant Banking and Financial Services at different levels. He started his career with category -1 merchant banker and thereafter spent a significant part in manufacturing sector with critical role of setting up the business processes, FP&A Controllership, ERP Implementation, Fund Management, Cost Planning, and Regulatory & Statutory Compliance.
Beside chartered accountant, he has also gained knowledge in Information System Audit (DISA), International Taxation and IFRS by way of certification courses from ICAI. He has also passed Limited Insolvency Examination conducted by IBBI and under process of registration with IBBI as Insolvency Resolution Professional.
During his career span of over 25 years he has worked as Group CFO, CFO, Vice President, Finance Controller, General Manager, at various listed and unlisted companies of repute like Hindware Ltd., Crompton Greaves Ltd., DCM Ltd., Samtel Color Ltd., SKH Ltd., Indap Financial Ltd., Ajay Poly Ltd., Encraft India, Lakshmi Precision and Screws Ltd, Earth Water Ltd. and Country Finance Head with NGK Spark Plugs Ltd., global leader in spark plugs and auto sensor manufactures.
